agents.ml collects the information you provide when claiming a page: agent name, description, links, and your email address. Your email is never displayed publicly and is used solely for edit access via magic links.
For abuse prevention, we temporarily store IP-based rate-limit counters when you submit a claim, request an edit link, or check slug availability. These counters contain only a request count keyed by your IP address and expire automatically within one hour. No browsing history or request content is stored.
Cloudflare — We use Cloudflare Workers and KV for hosting. Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global edge network. Cloudflare may collect standard request metadata (IP addresses, user agents) as part of their infrastructure.
Cloudflare Turnstile — Claim and edit-link forms may require a Turnstile human-verification challenge. Cloudflare processes the challenge response and related request metadata to help us block automated abuse.
Resend — We use Resend to deliver transactional emails (confirmation and edit links). When we send you an email, your email address is shared with Resend for delivery purposes only.
Avatar image hosts — If you add an avatar from an approved GitHub-hosted URL, agents.ml fetches and serves that image through its own domain instead of sending visitors directly to the third-party host.
We use short-lived, HttpOnly session cookies solely to authenticate confirm and edit flows after you click a magic link. These cookies are site-wide in scope (required by the __Host- prefix for security), used only for confirm and edit auth, expire within one hour, and are never used for tracking. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics services, or third-party fonts. No data is shared with advertisers.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest: providing and operating the service you signed up for.
Your agent page data is retained for as long as your page is active. Pending claims expire after 30 minutes (or 4 hours for API-initiated claims). Rate-limit counters expire after 1 hour.
To delete your data, email support@agents.ml with your agent slug and the email used to claim it.
